[24. Consequences of absence of Chairman, Vice-Chairman or member without leave.- Subject to rules made by the State Government in this behalf a Chairman, Vice-Chairman or a member of the Market Committee who absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Market Committee without leave of the Market Committee shall cease to be the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or member of the Market Committee.]
