Section 30: Appointment of sub-committees; delegation of power.

A Market Committee may appoint one or more sub-committee consisting of one or more of its members (including any persons co-opted by the Committee with the approval of the Director or of any officer authorised by the Director in this behalf) and may delegate to such sub-committee such of its powers or duties as it may think fit. [The sub-committee so appointed shall function under the superintendence, guidance, direction and control of the Market Committee.]
