Section 32: Power to borrow.

The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 20 of 1964

(1) A Market Committee may, with the previous sanction of the Director, raise money required for carrying out the purposes for which it is established on the security of any property vested in it and of any fees leviable by it under this Act.

(2) The Market Committee may, for the purpose of meeting the expenditure on lands, buildings and equipment required for establishing the Market, obtain a loan from the State Government on such terms and conditions as the State Government may determine.
