Section 39I: Allowances of members.

The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 20 of 1964

The members of the State Marketing Board, holding membership under clauses (v) to (viii) of section 39B shall be paid from the Agricultural Marketing Development Fund, such fees and allowances as may be fixed by the State Government from time to time, for attending its meeting and for attending to any other work, assigned to them by the State Marketing Board.
