Any dispute arising between or amongst the licensees of E-trading platforms, or between or amongst the licensees and the Agricultural Produce Market Committee or Government Agencies, shall be resolved by the Director or the Officer authorized by him, in summary manner within thirty days, after giving the parties reasonable opportunity of being heard.
