No. V of 2015), the Medical Education and Drugs Department by the Government notification, No MIS.0615/ C.R.59/Acts, dated 27th June 2015 notified the public services rendered by it to eligible persons through its subordinate offices and authorities including the Commissionerate of Food and Drugs Administration, Mumbai, alongwith the Stipulated Time Limits for providing such public services, Designated Officers and First and Second Appellate Authorities, as specified in the Schedule IV appended to the said notification for the purposes of the said Ordinance ;
And whereas the Government of Maharashtra in Medical Education and Drugs Department, considers it expedient to notify under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act, 2015 (Mah. XXXI of 2015) public service of Issue of Licence for Drug Manufacturing under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Rules thereunder by the Commissionerate of Food and Drugs Administration alongwith the Stipulated Time Limit for providing the said public service, Designated Officer and First and Second Appellate Authorities.

5. “Issue of 60 days Divisional Joint Commissioner.” Licence for Drug Joint Commissioner Manufacturing Commissioner (Drugs) under the Drugs (Drugs) Head Office and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Rules thereunder.
