NOTIFICATION No.MMC-0822/C.R. 50/Act.—Whereas by Government Notification, Medical Education and Drugs Department No.MMC-0316/CR-09/Act, dated 08th August 2017 the Maharashtra Medical Council (hereinafter referred to as “the said Council”) has been constituted under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965 (No.XLVI of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”).
And whereas, the term of the office of the Members of the said Council has been expired on 07th August, 2022 ;

Group of Hospital, Mumbai to be person as Administrator to exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of the said Council for a period of one year or till the new Council is duly constituted, whichever is earlier.
