Section 9: Finality of award of Collector and decision of Revenue Tribunal.

The Maharashtra Bhil Naik Inams Abolition ActState Act of Maharashtra · Act 21 of 1955

The award made by the Collector subject to an appeal to the [Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal] and the decision of the [Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal] on the appeal shall be final and conclusive and shall not be questioned in any suit or proceeding in any court.
