Section 36: Provisional orders to be issued after hydraulic test

Provisional order should be issued in every case of registration after hydraulic test of boiler if the Deputy Directors is satisfied.

The steam test may be witnessed at any convenient time within the period of the provisional order after which if test is satisfactory, the certificate under section 7 (6) is to be issued.
