Jt. Director and Dy. Director are authorized to take the written statements of witness and all persons immediately concerned with the accident. In order to comply with the provisions of section 18 (2) the Jt. Director or the Dy. Director should present to the owner or person-in-charge of the boiler a series of written questions on all points that are material to the inquiry.
