Section 33: Bonds taken under Act V of 1898.

The Bombay Prevention of Begging Act, 1959State Act of Maharashtra · Act 10 of 1959

The provisions of Chapter XLII of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898), shall, so far as may be, apply to bonds taken under this Act.
