Unless the context otherwise requires, any reference to the short title of any of the enactments specified in the Schedule in any other enactment, or in any rule, regulations, by-laws, notifications or orders issued under any enactment, or in any instruments, shall, after the commencement of this Act, be construed as a reference to the short title of that enactment as amended in the fourth column of the Schedule.
