The Treasurer shall maintain a Stock Disposal Register in Form 5, wherein he shall enter all securities returned to the administrator(s) or otherwise disposed of by him. The return or disposal of securities shall also be recorded in Part I of Form 3 where the securities disposed of shall be shown as reduced from the balance of the securities pertaining to the endowment concerned.
