Section 2: Definitions

The Maharashtra Charitable Endowments Rules, 1966.State Rules of Maharashtra · 1890

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires.—

(a) "Act" means the Charitable Endowments Act, 1890;

(b) "Form" means a Form appended to these rules;

(d) "Treasurer" means the Treasurer of Charitable Endowments for the State of Maharashtra for the time being, appointed under sub-section (l) of section31**
