The Cinematograph Act, 1918 (II of 1918), in its application to the [Pre-Reorganisation State of Bombay] and in so far as it relates to the regulation of exhibition by means of cinematograph (including licensing of places in which cinematograph films are exhibited), is hereby repealed.
