All loans granted by the 7[Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Banks], all interests (if any) chargeable thereon, and costs (if any), incurred in making the same, shall when they become due, be recoverable by the 8[Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] concerned.
