Nothing contained in section 40 of the 3Bombay Agriculture Debtors Relief Act, 1947 (Bom. XXVIII of 1947) or any corresponding law for the time being in force in any part of the State shall apply to any alienation in favour of the 4[Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Banks].
