Section 99: Private transfer of property made after issue of certificate void against society

The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960State Act of Maharashtra · Act 24 of 1961

Any private transfer or delivery of, or encumbrance or charge on, property made or created after the issue of the certificate of the Registrar, 6[Co-operative Court], Liquidator or Assistant Registrar, as the case may be, under section 98 shall be null and void as against the society on whose application the said certificate was issued.
