Section 73: Disposal of election papers

Maharashtra Co-operative Societies ( Election to committee) Rules 2014State Rules of Maharashtra · 1961

(1) The packets referred to in rule 72 shall be retained for a period of six months and shall thereafter be destroyed, subject to any direction to the contrary given by the SCEA or the Court.

(2) All other papers relating to the election shall be retained until the termination of the election for the constituency to which they relate and shall thereafter be destroyed subject to any direction to the contrary given by the Commissioner or the court or other competent authority.
