The employer shall give an intimation electronically or in writing specifying therein the detailed particulars for obtaining the approval of the imposition of fine to the Commissioner of Labour, Maharashtra State who shall, before granting or refusing the approval, give an opportunity of being heard to the 13 employee and the employer concerned and shall dispose of the matter within thirty days from the date of receiving such intimation, failing which it shall be deemed to be approved.
