Section 19: Meeting of Board

The Maharashtra Code on Wages Rules, 2025State Rules of Maharashtra · 2019

The Chairperson may, subject to the provisions of rule 20, call a meeting of the Board, at any time he thinks fit:

Provided that, on a requisition in writing from not less than one-half of the members, the Chairperson shall call a meeting within thirty days from the date of the receipt of such requisition.
