Section 25: Proceedings of meetings

The Maharashtra Code on Wages Rules, 2025State Rules of Maharashtra · 2019

(1) The proceedings of each meeting of the Board showing inter alia the names of the members present thereat shall be forwarded to each member and to the State Government as soon as possible after the meeting and in any case, not less than seven days before the next meeting.

(2) The proceedings of each meeting of the Board shall be confirmed either without any modification or with such modification, if any, as may be considered necessary at the next 17 meeting.
