Section 36: Term of office of members of authority.

The Maharashtra COEP Technological University Act, 2022.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 35 of 2022

(1) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the term of other than ex-officio member of every authority constituted under this Act shall be five years from the date on which he enters the office.

(2) The process of nomination shall be commenced at least six months before expiry of the term of other than ex-officio member of the authority.
