Section 7: Appellate Authority.

The Maharashtra Compulsory Teaching and Learning of Marathi Language in Schools Act, 2020State Act of Maharashtra · Act 3 of 2020

The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint an officer of the School Education Department not below the rank of Deputy Director (Education) as an Appellate Authority for the purposes of deciding appeals against any order or decision of the Competent Authority.
