Every ballot paper shall be in Form ‘E-10’ and the names of candidates shall be arranged in the same order in which they appear in the list of contesting candidates. If candidate having any Alias / Nick name it may be inserted. However, if two or more candidates bear the same name, they shall be distinguished by addition of their occupation or residence or in some other manner which should be determined by the Returning Officer.
