Section 11: Appeal against notice by Planning Authority requiring femoval of -« authorised dedeiopment or use

The Maharashtra Development Plans Rules 1970State Rules of Maharashtra · 1966

(1) ‘Any person, aggrieved by a notice served by a Planning Authority under section 56, may prefei an ppeal to the State Government stating clearly the grounds of appeal.

(2) Every such appeal shall be accompanied in duplicate by—

(i) true copies of the commencement certificate and of the plans as approved by’ the 'Planning Authority ; and G R adh

(ii) a copy of the notice served by the Planning Authority.
