Section 1: Short title and commencement.

The Maharashtra Domestic workers Welfare Board Act, 2008.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 1 of 2009

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Domestic Workers Welfare Board Act, 2008.

(2) It shall come into force in such area and on such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
