Section 10: Protection of action taken under Act.

The Maharashtra Drinking Water Supply Requisition Act, 1983.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 20 of 1983

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything, which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or in pursuance of any order made or direction issued under this Act.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any officer of the State Government or any requisitioning authority for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything, which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or in pursuance of any order made or direction issued under this Act.
