Section 14: Removal of difficulties.

The Maharashtra Drinking Water Supply Requisition Act, 1983.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 20 of 1983

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion arises, by order, do anything, which appears it to be necessary or expedient to remove the difficulty:

Provided that, no such order shall be made after the expiry of the period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
