A duplicate of a certificate under section-7 or renewed certificate under section-8 or a provisional order granted under section-9 which for the time being is in force, shall be granted by the Director on the application of the owner of the economiser, if the Director is satisfied that the duplicate is required for a bonafide purpose and a fee of rupees fifty in paid.
