Section 18: Refund of fees

The Maharashtra Economiser Rules, 1965State Rules of Maharashtra · 1923

Any fee paid in excess and any fee paid for an inspection which, for any reason (such reason not due to any fault or omission on the part of the owner of the economiser) has not been made, shall be refunded or adjusted, if an application therefor is made within one year from the date of payment.
