The Dy. Director shall note if the economiser is working satisfactory and especially in accordance with the regulation-531 of the Regulations. Particular note shall be taken of the satisfactory working of the scrappers and of the water temperature to see that the maximum outlet water temperature of the economiser shall be at least 400 F below the saturated steam temperature in the boiler.
