A second fee shall be leviable for reinspection in any case where the inspection of an economiser is begun, but owing to the fault or neglect of the person-in-charge, is not completed within the period of six months from the date of commencement of the inspection; provided that no extra fee shall be levied, except with the sanction of the Director.
