Section 44: Attendance of Dy. Director during hearing of appeals

The Maharashtra Economiser Rules, 1965State Rules of Maharashtra · 1923

(1) In an appeal to the Director he shall decide whether the presence of the Dy. Director is necessary and shall issue orders accordingly.

(2) Under orders of the Director, Dy. Directors shall attend before the Appellate Authority, during the hearing of appeals with regard to economisers under their charge.
