Section 49: Penalty

The Maharashtra Economiser Rules, 1965State Rules of Maharashtra · 1923

Any person contravening any of these rules shall be punishable, in the case of a first offence, with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees, and in the case of any subsequent offence, with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
