Whenever an economizer is transferred to the State of Maharashtra from any other State, the owner shall report such transfer to the Director as required by clause (b) of section-6 and apply for the registration of the transfer the economiser shall not be used until registration has been effected. No fees shall be charged for recording such transfer.
