MAHARASHTRA UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, NASHIK ORDINANCE NO: 03/2010 ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLMENT OF STUDENTS FOR UNDERGRADUATES COURSES (UNDER SECTION 76 OF THE ACT)
1. The student passing (10+2) Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subject conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary of Maharashtra State or Equivalent Examination from outside Maharashtra State, recognized by the appropriate Authority of Central Government or the Council or Board of School Examination in India shall be eligible for admission to the first year of Undergraduate courses as per eligibility rules framed from time to time by the University and by the respective Central Councils.
2. The candidates who have passed the Examination as given in aforesaid Ordinance shall be required to appear at CET Examination if any, conducted by the Government of Maharashtra or Authorised Competent Authority, to be eligible to seek admission. The Non-CET candidate shall also be eligible for admission as per norms of respective Central Council or on the basis of 12th standard on permission granted by the Competent Authority designated by the Government of Maharashtra.
3. The student who has been admitted to the Undergraduate course by the College / Institution shall apply in the prescribed form to the University through the Dean / Principal of the respective College / Institution for eligibility and registration on or before the prescribed date, alongwith the proposal, relevant original documents and a set of attested photo copies of the documents to be submitted to the University. The student shall pay the Registration / Enrolment and eligibility fee as prescribed from time to time by the University. Enrolment and Eligibility fee once paid shall not be transferable or refundable.
Provided that in case of deficiency of documents particularly Caste Validity Certificate of the admitted students, the University may grant provisional eligibility on the basis of rules and regulations framed by the University from time to time.

It shall be the responsibility of the Dean / Principal of the college / Institution to report to the University, the cases of students whose eligibility forms are filled in MAHARASHTRA UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, NASHIK i & ay z o & he é ere ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLMENT OF STUDENTS ORDINANCE NO: 03/2010 FOR UNDERGRADUATES COURSES (UNDER SECTION 76 OF THE ACT)

It shall be the responsibility of the Dean / Principal of the College / Institution, to ensure that, no student is admitted after the cut-off-date declared by the concerned Competent Authority / Central Council/ Court of Law. The enrolment and eligibility shall not be granted by the University to such students, if any, admitted after the cut-off-date.

It shall be the responsibility of the Dean / Principal of the college / Institution, to submit the list of admitted students on or before the cut-off-date or on next day upto 11.00 A.M to the Registrar of the University by Fax or by E-mail or through a Special Messenger of the College / Institution
7. It shall be the responsibility of the Dean / Principal / Director and obligatory for the students, to obtain the enrolment and eligibility, prior to the submission of examination form. He / she shall not be allowed to appear for the examination unless the eligibility issued to him/ her by the University
8. The eligibility of the students shall be cancelled, if it is found that, the student is undergoing two degree courses or he/she is admitted in two different colleges simultaneously.
9. The College / Institution / University Department shall have to pay late fee as prescribed from time to time by the University, for late submission of proposals and computerised floppy / CD and for other shortcomings.
10. The eligibility proposals of admitted students, received violating the rules and not within prescribed time limit laid down by the University shall be summarily rejected. The college should not forward the examination forms of such students to the University unless permission of the University is obtained.
11. The students whom the eligibility is granted by the University shall be considered as an enrolled student of the University. In case of, failure to obtain eligibility due to non-submission of required documents within the stipulated period, the result of such student will not be declared by the University. The student whose result is withheld by the University, shall have no right to claim admission to the higher class. The University shall not be held responsible in this regard one way or the other. In such cases the student / Institution shall be responsible for the same.
