आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, वाास्तुुशाास्त्र परि�षदेेनेे, वाास्तुुशाास्त्र परि�षद (वाास्तुुशाास्त्र पदव्युुत्तर पदवीी शि�क्षण अभ्याासक्रमााचीी कि�माान माानकेे) माार्गगदर्शशक तत्त्वेे, २०२२ तसेेच परि�षदेेनेे त्याासंंदर्भाा�त वेेळोोवेेळीी कााढलेेल्याा सर्वव परि�पत्रकांं�मधीील वाास्तुुशाास्त्र शि�क्षण पदव्युुत्तर पदवीी पााठ्यक्रमााच्याा कि�माान माानकांं�नुुसाार पाात्रतेेच्याा शर्तीी वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट करण्यााच्याा दृृष्टीीनेे, अशाा पााठ्यक्रमांं�करि�ताा उक्त अधि�सूूचनेेत वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट केेलेेल्याा पाात्रताा शर्तींंमध्येे सुुधाारणाा करणेे इष्ट आहेे.

परंतुु, डि�झााइन सााठीीचीी पदवीीधर साामाान्य प्रवेेश परीीक्षाा (युुसीीईईडीी) मध्येे पॉॉझि�टीीव्ह प्रााप्तांं�क मि�ळवि�लेेल्याा उमेेदवााराालाा, सीीईटीीमध्येे नॉॉनझि�रोो प्रााप्तांं�क मि�ळवि�लेेल्याा उमेेदवाारांं�पेेक्षाा प्रााधाान्य देेण्याात येेईल;
किं�ंवाा (तीीन) उमेेदवाार त्यााच क्षेते्राातीील किं�वंाा संलंग्न क्षेते्राातीील शााखेतेीील डीी. व्होोक पााठ्यक्रम उत्तीीर्णण असाावाा;
(३) अनि�वाासीी भाारतीीय किं�ंवाा भाारतााचेे समुुद्रपाार नाागरि�कत्व असलेेल्याा व्यक्तीी किं�ंवाा भाारतीीय वंंशााच्याा व्यक्तीी, आखाातीी देेशांं�तीील भाारतीीय काामगाारांं�चीी मुुलेे, वि�देेशीी नाागरि�क उमेेदवाारीी असलेेलेे उमेेदवाार.- (एक) उमेेदवाार, १०+२ परीीक्षाा एकत्रि�त मि�ळून कि�माान पंचंेचेााळीीस टक्केे गुणुांं�सह उत्तीीर्णण असाावाा; आणि� (दोोन) अधि�नि�यमाान्वयेे व्यााख्याा केेल्यााप्रमााणेे, समुुचि�त प्रााधि�करणाानेे वेेळोोवेेळीी घोोषि�त केेलेेलेे अन्य कोोणतेेहीी पाात्रताा नि�कष व आवश्यकताा.” महाारााष्ट्र शाासन रााजपत्र असााधाारण भााग चाार-ब, जूून ४, २०२५/ज्येेष्ठ १४, शकेे १९४७ 3 (२) अनुुक्रमांं�क २१ येेथीील नोंंदीीनंंतर, पुुढीील नोंंद जाादाा दााखल करण्याात येेईल :- “२२ सहयोोगीी / जुुळ्याा (ट्वीीनिं�ंग) पद्धतीीद्वाारेे पदवीीपूूर्वव / दुुहेेरीी पदवीी / एकाात्मि��क अभ्याासक्रम (एक) सहयोोगीी / जुुळ्याा (ट्वीीनिं�ंग) पद्धतीीनेे पदवीीपूूर्वव / दुुहेेरीी पदवीी / एकाात्मि��क अभ्याासक्रमांं�च्याा पहि�ल्याा वर्षाा�च्याा प्रवेेशाासााठीी पाात्रताा संंबंंधि�त व्याावसाायि�क पदवीीपूूर्वव / दुुहेेरीी पदवीी / एकाात्मि��क अभ्याासक्रमांं�च्याा पहि�ल्याा वर्षाा�च्याा प्रवेेश पाात्रतेेसाारखीीच असेेल आणि� तीी योोग्य प्रााधि�करणाानेे वेेळोोवेेळीी नि�र्धाा�रि�त केेलेेल्याा अति�रि�क्त नि�कषांं�नुुसाार असेेल.
(दोोन) परदेशेीी सहयोोग आणि� जुळु्याा (ट्वीीनिं�गं) अभ्याासक्रमाास पाार्श्वि�ि�क प्रवेेश आणि� अधि�संंख्य जाागाा यांं�नाा परवाानगीी दि�लीी जााणाार नााहीी.” २. उक्त अधि�सूूचनेेस जोोडलेेल्याा अनुुसूूचीी ख मधीील,- (१) वाास्तुुशाास्त्र (एम. आर्कि�िटेेक्चर) (२ वर्षष काालाावधीी) संंबंंधि�त अनुुक्रमांं�क ७ मधीील नोंंदीीमध्येे, स्तंंभ (३) मध्येे, “(१) महाारााष्ट्र उमेेदवाारीी उमेेदवाार आणि� अखि�ल भाारतीीय उमेेदवाारीी उमेेदवाार” याा मथळ्याामध्येे, खंंड (तीीन) सााठीी, खाालीील खंंड बदलीी दााखल करण्याात येेईल.
“(तीीन) उमेेदवााराानेे वाास्तुुशाास्त्र परि�षद यांं�नीी आयोोजि�त केेलेेल्याा आर्कि�िटेेक्चरमधीील पदव्युुत्तर पदवीी प्रवेेश परीीक्षेेत (पीीजीीईटीीए) शूून्याापेेक्षाा अधि�क गुुण मि�ळवलेेलेे असाावेेत;”.
(२) काार्ययरत व्याावसाायि�कााकरि�ताा असणााऱ्याा अभ्याासक्रमााच्याा प्रवेेशाासंंबंंधीी असलेेल्याा अनुुक्रमांं�क १० येेथीील नोंंदीीनंंतर, पुुढीील नोंंद जाादाा दााखल करण्याात येेईल :- “११ सहयोोगीी / जुुळ्याा (ट्वीीनिं�ंग) पद्धतीीद्वाारेे पदव्युुत्तर पदवीी अभ्याासक्रम (एक) सहयोोगीी / जुुळ्याा (ट्वीीनिं�ंग) पद्धतीीनेे पदव्युुत्तर पदवीी अभ्याासक्रमांं�च्याा पहि�ल्याा वर्षाा�च्याा प्रवेेशाासााठीी पाात्रताा संंबंंधि�त व्याावसाायि�क पदव्युतु्तर पदवीी अभ्याासक्रमांं�च्याा पहि�ल्याा वर्षाा�च्याा प्रवेेश पाात्रतेेसाारखीीच असेेल आणि� तीी योोग्य प्रााधि�करणाानेे वेेळोोवेेळीी नि�र्धाा�रि�त केेलेेल्याा अति�रि�क्त नि�कषांं�नुुसाार असेेल.

NOTIFICATION Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.
No. Niyam-2025/C.R.61/TE-4.— Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Higher and Technical Education Department, No.AEC-2024/C.R.70/TE-4, dated the 14th February 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “the said notification”), in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 read with clause (r) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. XXVIII of 2015) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), notified the Professional Education Under Graduate Courses and Professional Education Post Graduate Courses mentioned in the Schedules appended thereto to be the Full Time Professional Education for the purposes of the said Act, and specified the eligibility conditions and requirements for admissions thereto;
And whereas, in view of the modifications in the eligibility for admission to certain under graduate and postgraduate technical education courses by the All India Council for Technical Education vide its Approval Process Handbook, 2024-27, it is expedient to amend eligibility conditions specified in the said notification for such courses;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to apply the National level Under graduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED), applicable for admission to Design Courses in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), for admission to Design Courses in the State;
And whereas, in order to specify eligibility conditions as per the minimum standards of post graduate Architectural education courses specified by the Council of Architecture vide the Council of Architecture (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education for Post-Graduation Programme) Guidelines, 2022 and all circulars issued by the said council, from time to time, in this behalf ; it is expedient to amend the eligibility conditions specified in the said notification for such courses.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 read with clause (r) of section 2 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the said Notification, for the aforesaid purposes, as follows, namely :—
1. In Schedule - A appended to the said notification,-
(1) For entry at serial No.15, relating to Undergraduate Course in Design (Bachelor of Design), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :— महाारााष्ट्र शाासन रााजपत्र असााधाारण भााग चाार-ब, जूून ४, २०२५/ज्येेष्ठ १४, शकेे १९४७ 5 “15 Under Graduate Course in Design (Bachelor of Design) (4 Years duration) (A) First Year Admission.—
(1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates.- The candidate,—
(i) Should be a citizen of India ;
(ii) Should have passed 10+2 examination and obtained atleast forty five per cent. marks in aggregate (atleast forty per cent. marks in aggregate in case of Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to the Maharashtra State) and obtained non-zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority ; or
(iii) Should have Passed D. Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector ;
(2) All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates.— The candidate,—
(i) Should be a citizen of India ;
(ii) Should have passed 10+2 examination and obtained atleast forty five per cent. marks in aggregate (atleast forty per cent. marks in aggregate in case of Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to the Maharashtra State) and obtained non-zero positive score in Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) examination conducted by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and obtained non-zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority :
Provided that preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non-zero positive score in UCEED over the candidates who obtained non-zero score in CET ; or
(iii) Should have Passed D. Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector;
(3) Non Resident Indian (NRI) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO), Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National Candidature Candidates.-
(i) The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with atleast forty five per cent. marks in aggregate; and

(2) After entry at Sr. No.21, the following entry shall be added, namely,— “22 Under Graduate/ Dual Degree/ Integrated Courses through collaborative / twinning mode
(i) Eligibility for admission to First Year of Under Graduate / Dual Degree / Integrated Courses through collaborative / twinning mode shall be same as admission to first year of respective professional Under Graduate / Dual Degree / Integrated Courses and it is as per the additional norms if any, prescribed from time to time by the Appropriate Authority.
(ii) Lateral Entry and supernumerary seats shall not be allowed in Foreign Collaboration and Twinning Programme.”.
2. In Schedule - B appended to the said notification,—
(1) In entry at Sr. No. 7 relating to Architecture (M. Arch.) (2 years duration), in column (3), under the heading “(1) Maharashtra Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidates”, for clause (iii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :— “(iii) The candidate should have obtained non-zero score in the Post-Graduate Entrance Test in Architecture (PGETA) conducted by the Council of Architecture ;”.
(2) After the entry at Sr. No. 10, relating to the admission to the courses for working professionals the following entry shall be added, namely,— “11 Post Graduate Courses through collaborative / twinning mode
(i) Eligibility for admission to First Year of Post Graduate Courses through collaborative / twinning mode shall be same as admission to first year of respective professional Post Graduate Courses and it is as per the additional norms if any prescribed, from time to time by the Appropriate Authority.
(ii) Lateral Entry and supernumerary seats shall not be allowed in Foreign Collaboration and Twinning Programme.”.
