Section 12-C: Audit of accounts.

The Maharashtra Employment Guarantee Act, 1977.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 20 of 1978

(1) The State Government may, in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, prescribe appropriate arrangements for audits of accounts of the Scheme at all levels.

(2) The accounts of the Scheme shall be maintained in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.
