Section 1: Short title, extent and operation.

The Maharashtra Entertainments Duty ActState Act of Maharashtra · Act 1 of 1923

(1) This Act may be called [the Maharashtra Entertainments Duty Act.]

[(2) It extends to the whole of the [State of Maharashtra]].

[(3) It shall be deemed to have come into operation in the whole of the State of Maharashtra on the 1st day of January 1984.]
