The Maharashtra Fruit Nurseries and Sale of Fruit Plants (Regulation) Act, 1969State Act of Maharashtra · Act 45 of 1969

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra 4[Fruit Nurseries and Sale of Fruit Plants] (Regulation) Act, 1969.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
