Section 17: Action on Ayog's report.

The Maharashtra Goseva Ayog Act, 2023.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 23 of 2023

(1) Upon receipt of the annual report submitted under section 16, the Government may take such action thereon as it may consider necessary.

(2) A copy of the report submitted to the Government, together with a report of the action taken thereon by the Government under sub-section (1), shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature.
