Section 7: Casual vacancy.

The Maharashtra Goseva Ayog Act, 2023.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 23 of 2023

(1) Any casual vacancy occurred due to death, resignation, disqualification or removal of a non-official member shall be filled as early as possible.

(2) A member appointed under sub-section (1) shall hold office so long as the member in whose place he has been appointed would have held office if the vacancy had not occurred.
