Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Maharashtra Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2009.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 26 of 2013

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2009.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
