Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Maharashtra Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 12 of 1960

(1) This Act may be called the [Maharashtra Homoeopathic [* *] Practitioners Act.

(2) It extends to the whole of the [State of Maharashtra].

(3) It shall come into force on such day as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
