[13. Income and expenditure of Council. (1) The income of the Council shall consist of,-
(a) fees received from the practitioners;
(b) fees received from the examinees;
(c) any other fees collected by the Council;
(d) grants received from the State Government;
(e) donations and any other sums received by the Council.
(2) It shall be competent for the Council to incur expenditure for the following purposes, namely :
(a) salaries and allowances of the Registrar and the staff including the Inspectors appointed by the Council;
(b) fees and allowances paid to the members of the Council, its Committees;
(c) remuneration paid to paper-setters, examiners, moderators and other persons appointed by the Council for the conduct of examination;
(d) other expenses for the conduct of examinations;
(e) such other expenses as are necessary for performing its duties and functions under this Act, rules made thereunder or the regulations or by-laws made by the Council.]
