Section 6: Extension of period of Council.

The Maharashtra Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 12 of 1960

Extension of period of [Council].— Notwithstanding anything contained in section 5, the State Government may, by a notification in the Official Gazette, extend the term of office of the members of the [Council] for a further period not exceeding one year in the aggregate.
