In pursuance to the Executive Committee meeting of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority dated 4% May 2022 and in exercise of powers conferred by Section 29-A of the Legal Services Authorities act, 1987 (39 of 1987), Maharashtra State Legal Services 15 hereby pleased to make the following regulations to amend the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1998 for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of the said Act, namely:-
