Section 105: Power of Board to entrust improvement works.

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 28 of 1977

In any slum improvement area, the Board may, on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon, entrust to the Municipal Corporation, the Municipal Council or to any other agency recognised by it for the purpose,-

(a) the execution, under its own supervision, of any improvement works ;

(b) the maintenance or repairs of any improvement works under its control ;
