The Tribunal constituted under clause (i) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Re-development) Act, 1971 (Mah. XXVIII of 1971), shall also be the Tribunal for the purpose of hearing appeals and discharging other functions of the Tribunal under this Act, and accordingly, the provisions of section 45 of that Act (including any regulations made thereunder) and other provisions relating to the Tribunal under that Act (with such modifications, if any, therein as circumstances may require) shall also apply to, and in relation to, such Tribunal for the purposes of this Act.
